At Sproutient, we strive to deliver high-quality plugins and IT and marketing services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our software products and for our client services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Plugin and product purchases
Our plugins are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, contact us — or request a refund through our reseller, Freemius — for a full refund of that purchase. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record. Subscription renewals and custom services are not covered by the 30-day guarantee unless we agree otherwise in writing. When you cancel a plugin subscription, auto-renewal stops and the plugin keeps working, but you no longer receive updates or support until you renew.
Services (development, marketing & IT)
Because our services involve custom digital creation and dedicated resource allocation, refunds for services are handled as follows.
Project cancellation
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice.
Milestone payments and retainers
Payments made for completed project milestones, or for ongoing monthly marketing retainers, are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits and unearned fees
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full or partial refund of the advance deposit may be issued at our sole discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees already incurred.
How to request a cancellation or refund
To cancel a project or request a refund, email us at hello@sproutient.com or reach out through our contact page. For plugin refunds within the 30-day window, you can also request the refund directly through Freemius.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our products and services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
